Nell’autunno inizia finalmente la stagione delle castagne e con loro la stagione del Törggelen e del piacere. Ma le castagne non piacciono solo arrostiti e fuligginosi, ma sono deliziosi anche come base di tantissimi pasti creativi.

Buongustai possono assaggiare le specialità a base delle castagne durante le Settimane delle Castagne dal 19 ottobre al 4 novembre nella Valle Isarco in Alto Adige.
